Set of 8 – Cups & Saucers By George Jones & Sons , Crescent China

This is a delightful George Jones & Sons set that is decorated with a lovely floral and leaf design in gold on a royal deep blue. They are beautifully hand painted on the exterior and interior of the cups, and the interior of the saucers. The handles are quite small enough to pinch to make sipping easy. The simple, yet scalloped edges on both the cup and saucer are a nice decorative touch.

This a wonderful set to enjoy and share the little moments of your favourite espresso or tea.

Marked: On the bottom in black with the traditional George Jones & Sons mark with England & Sons Crescent China, it dates circa 1891 – 1920.

Cup Measures: 5 inches wide at the handle x 2 1/4 inches high.

Saucer Measures: 4 1/2 inches in  diameter
