London England 1896 Hallmarked Sterling and Cut Crystal Flask – Silver Maker: Louis Augustus Leins

A beautiful embossed sterling silver and cut crystal flask, dated London 1896, silver maker: Louis Augustus Leins.   The top has a secure locking half twist so it stays closed when in a bag or pocket.

English hallmarks are stamped on the back of the base and on the rim of the lid.  The bottom cup is removable.

The flask is monogrammed on the front of the sterling base and on the lid.   The interior cork is still partially present..

The flask measures 5 1/4 inches tall and is 2 3/4 inches wide across the oval base.
