v** SOLD ARCHIVES **vThis wonderful Gouda Delftware vase is a gourd shape, comprised of a smaller bulbous vase “neck” atop an elongated bulbous body and finished with a round, flat foot.
The top of the neck, lower third of the neck, bottom quarter of the vase and the foot are a muted green. Gouda was manufactured in numerous factories in that city in Holland and had its heyday from the late 1800s until the 1930s.
