Bruce Le Dain is recognized as one of Canada’s finest contemporary Impressionist painters. For more than forty years, he has represented his subjects directly inspired by nature, traveling extensively across the country, on the New England coast and in England.

His solo exhibitions at Montreal’s Walter Klinkhoff Gallery attract an impressive influx and usually lead to sales records. Although he has exhibited almost exclusively in Montreal, his paintings have attracted many private collectors across Canada, as well as in the United States, England, France, Israel, Holland and Germany. His work is in more than seventy-five corporate collections. Bruce Le Dain lived in his home-studio in Hampstead, Quebec until his death in the spring of 2000.
