The transparent interior reveals not only the perfume capsule but an intricate yet open sculptural “rose bush ” detail where the branches appear to be growing out of the base.  The large dauber replicates the “rose ” ormolu motif referencing an open and “airy” garden feeling.  Simply a wonderful, “dreamy rose garden” piece.
