Doulton Burslem Flow Blue Porcelain Ewer with Hand-Painted Iris Flowers

Here is a lovely hand-painted bone china ewer by Doulton Burslem England. The ewer has a white background and is painted with large blue and white iris flowers and leaves. There is a gold and blue floral pattern on the upper part, as well as blue and gold on the ewer’s handle and base. The ewer is trimmed in gold and there are brown accents around the irises and on the interior of the lip of the ewer.

The underside shows the Doulton maker’s mark and reads “Doulton Burslem”. In addition, in blue paint, there are the initials of the artist and “a1034”. Embossed in the base is “X12A”.

The ewer is 4 1/8 inches wide at the base and stands 9 inches tall from the lip to the base.

It is in very good / excellent condition.
