English Hallmarked Sterling 2 Piece Carving Set in Original Box, Dated 1967 -“Queen’s Pattern”

A lovely 2-piece English hallmarked sterling silver (with stainless blades) carving set in the “Queen’s” Pattern, dated 1967. The set is housed in its original box with black and white designs and a white silk interior and it has brass clasps for safe closure of the box.

The knife has a serrated blade on which is stamped “Superior Quality Stainless Sheffield England”. The fork is stamped on the back “Made in England. Stainless”.

Both the knife and fork handles are sterling silver and have English hallmarks.

The knife measures 12 inches long and the fork measures 10 1/4 inches long.

There is some very slight usage wear but, overall, the set is in excellent condition.
