A truly exceptional pair of Royal Worcester pedestal vases with hand painted fruit scenes. Very sophisticated colour palette and hand painted by 2 renowned artists : J Bowman & D. Whatmore for Royal Worcester. Ovoid twin handle form with a flared fluted rim and flared fluted foot on a stepped circular base.  Bases have painted panels.  Signed by each artist and dated 1969. Both come with their original form fitting boxes.

Royal Worcester marks on bottom – Hand Painted Fruit Study.  the number 1969 which in this period, the date was located beside the mark.
