A beautiful quality French Louis Philippe period burled walnut secretaire abattant with a marble top, circa 1850.

The cabinet has a hinged door opening in front as well as 1 drawer above and 3 drawers below the door.  Inside are a number of cubbyholes and drawers.

Each section has a lock and there is a key provided. The desk top has green leather surface.   There are also 2 secret spring loaded small drawers on each side of the interior.

The piece measures 38 inches wide x 18 1/2 inches deep and stands 58 inches tall.
