A large marble putti sculpture with applied gilt bronze, it dates 19th century, France. It consists of a long classical figure of child (in marble) wearing a robe (in bronze), holding a large round platform, and has a footed pedestal. It is beautifully decorated with applied gilt bronze, with accents of bead, leaf and floral embellishments.

A stunning french marble putti sculpture, it would make a unique treasured gift, or art object for the home.
