French Sevres Hand-Painted Porcelain Lamp. c 1920.

An exquisite, early 20th century hand-painted ‘French Sevres’  lamp, dates circa 1920’s, France. It features a lovely oval and twist bodied shape, with a deep cobalt neck and mounted base, decorated with a intricate ‘flower and leaf’ pattern with gold embellishments throughout.

Marked: Sevres. Made in France.  Many of these lamps I have seen sold through Birks stores in and around the 1910-1930’s.

Measures: 16 inches tall without shade (24 inches with shade.)

Excellent condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. ( Electrical is updated to North American Standard.)
