George II Engraved Pattern by Birks Sterling – Large Gravy / Sauce Ladle

A lovely gravy / sauce ladle in the George II Engraved pattern by Birks Sterling. This pattern (George II) was Birks’ top pattern – it came in plain and engraved.  The engraved version is much harder to get.

The ladle is stamped “Birks Sterling” on the back of the handle and shows hallmarks.

It measures 6 1/4 inches long. It has some typical usage wear on the bowl of the ladle but, overall, is in beautiful condition.
