A large English hallmarked (London 1828 Geo. IV) sterling silver soup ladle.

English hallmarks are on the underside of the ladle handle for London, 1828 – Wm Fontaine (maker)

Measures 13 1/2 inches long and measures 4 inches across the bowl.

There is some surface scratching from use / age but, overall, the ladle is in very good condition.
