German Sitzendorf Figural Porcelain Powder Box – Lady in Violet and Pink with Bonnet and Fan

A vintage porcelain powder box that features a woman in a blue and violet Victorian dress with light shawl and large bonnet, holding a fan. The figure is all hand painted. The top half lifts off.  This beautiful lidded jar originally used as a powder box, can be be used for jewelry, vanity accessories or keepsakes.

Marked on bottom: impressed mark   S with crown for Sitzendorf.  and impressed number 18886

Measures: 5 1/2 inches tall x 4 3/4 inches wide.
