German Sitzendorf Figural Porcelain Powder Box – Lady in Blue and Violet

A vintage porcelain powder box that features a woman in a Victorian fashion, wearing a blue and violet dress, and bonnet with black tie. The figure is all hand painted. The top half lifts off.  This beautiful lidded jar originally used as a powder box, can be be used for jewelry, vanity accessories or keepsakes.

Marked on bottom: S with crown for Sitzendorf. Made in Germany.

Measures: 5 1/2 inches tall.
