German Gold Wash Sterling Silver and Green Guilloche Enamel Small Box, Hinged Lid – with Figural Scene on Front

A gorgeous German gold washed sterling silver and green guilloché enamel box with a hinged lid.  There is a figural scene showing a man and woman resting in the countryside on the front of the box.

On the inside edge of the lid is stamped “Sterling Germany”.

The box, when closed, measures 3 1/8 inches long x 2 inches wide x 1/4 inches deep.

There is minor wear to the gold wash on the inside but the exterior is in excellent condition.
