A lovely 6 piece set of German porcelain, consisting of one small dish and 5 smaller serving plates. Each piece is lavishly decorated in blue, accented with delicate gold florals and a thick gold on the scalloped rim over a creamy white background.
Marked:With a factory mark Of a Crown and a L above the artist’s name “Oscar Schlegelmilch” and “Handarbeit” (hand-work), and a gold 6, there is also an embossed number 0189 on the larger bowl.
Larger Bowl Measures: 6 3/8 inches in diameter.
Small Plates Measure: 3 inches in diameter.
Condition: There is some colour rubbing off the centre of the bowl and very minimal age wear on all the small plates.
