This crystal decanter is hand etched and features outstanding .800 silver mounting enhancing the base, collar and finial. The body of the decanter is a slender rectangle with a narrow neck delicately etched with scrolls and foliage. The silver work on the base depicts a figural scene with a Man extending a bouquet to a Lady as they stand beside a garden fence. The silver collar has a scene depicting 3 cupids – one with a bow, one with the arrows, and one looking on. The decorative finial has a crystal stopper topped with silver in a traditional design that fits well.
Excellent Condition: No chips, cracks or repairs.
Marked: .800 with German Late 19th century Hallmarks.
