Gorgeous European card case, circa 1900, with an unusual pattern design of both the Guilloché enamel in striking cyan blue and with the silver trim detailing to include fine linear & black enamel elements. A rectangular case form exhibiting exceptional silver trim workmanship to include a cyan guilloché enamel & silver opening tab thumpiece. Marked on the gilt silver interior cover edge “Sterling Silver .900″ . There is a very small black enamel repair mark on the back edge of the lid which is entirely not noticeable.

Every detail of this card case speaks to a timeless visual appeal and appreciation of craftsmanship. An impressive guilloché treasure in amazing condition.
