Gorham, American Sterling Silver Collapsable Letter Holder – late 19th century.

This Gorham letter holder is made in sterling silver, and is also collapsable for quick and easy storage at any given moment. It has 3 decorative panels which create 2 compartments for holding letters.  It also has a hinged bracket on the back for helping the letter holder stand up.

The letter hold measures 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches wide
