Herend Hungary Hand-Painted Porcelain Small Round Box – “Queen Victoria” Pattern with Birds and Butterflies

A sweet hand-painted small round porcelain box by Herend Hungary. The box has a white background and is decorated with birds in a tree and with butterflies around the body of the box. There is a gilt rim around the lid and box.

On the underside, in blue, is the Herend maker’s mark and it reads “Herend Hungary Handpainted”. In addition, in red, are the numbers “6037”, the initials “RO” and the numbers “167”.

The box with lid is 2 5/8 inches in diameter and stands 1 1/2 inches tall.

It is in excellent condition.
