This is a very early English hallmarked sterling set with a ‘Bright Cut’ pattern on an old english shape. Set for 6 consists of 6 Dinner Forks, 6 Luncheon Forks, 6 Large Soup Spoons, 12 Dessert spoons, Also included are 8 later bone handled knives.
Set is mixed makers and dates – with some dated as early as 1785 up to 1804. Makers include: George Smith III, John, Henry, & Charles Lias.
