A ‘Pair of Early Derby English Figures’ – made in England, dates circa 1800- 1825. Features two beautifully hand-painted porcelain figures of a bather and a flower maiden in a classical style, standing bare footed on a platform with a pierced base decorated with flowers and branches.
Marked. Derby Crown Mark. England. Dates 1800 – 1825.
Figure Measures: 15 inches tall x 6 1/2 inches wide.
Excellent Condition. (Minimal wear from use and age. There is a small repair noticeable on the back branch of the flower maiden figurine – see close-up image for reference.)
