Pair of Birks Sterling Silver Sauce Bowls with Cobalt Blue Glass Liners, circa 1920

Here is a lovely pair of Birks sterling silver sauce bowls with cobalt blue glass liners, circa 1920. The bowls have a gadroon design around the rims as well as piercing and a floral design on the body of each bowl. The bowls are each 4 1/2 inches in diameter X 2 1/2 inches tall and are signed “Birks Sterling” with hallmarks and the numbers “38/53” on the underside of each bowl.

The bowls are in excellent condition.
