A lovely pair of Webb clear art glass small vases by Jules Barbie, circa 1890. The vases are decorated with pink enamel tulips accented with gold leaves and gold on the scalloped rim of each vase. Jules Barbe was an independent decorator of French origin who worked exclusively for Webb’s until 1901.

Measures: 3 3/8 inches wide  x 3 1/4 inches high.

Excellent Condition: No chips or cracks, some age-related gold wear on the rims.
