Pair of Large Newcastle English Hallmarked Sterling Silver Serving Spoons, by Thomas Watson, 1818

Here is a lovely pair of English hallmarked sterling silver large serving spoons. The hallmarks are for Newcastle and are dated 1818. The pair is stamped “TW” for Thomas Watson, the silversmith who made them.

Each spoon is monogrammed “GFW” on the top.

The total weight of the two spoons is 116 grams.

Each spoon is 9 inches long and is 1 7/8 wide in the bowl.

There are some slight age wear scratches but, overall, the spoons are in very good condition.
