A large pair of French Paris Porcelain two handled vases with hand painted African tribal scenes. One scene shows to African tribesmen battling a Lion and the second shows a scene of two tribes people serving an African Queen. These are quite rare scenes as they are painted the way the French perceived African life at that time in the mid0-19th Century.
The bodies are painted in a pink coloured background and the handles are decorated in an African blue bell flowers trailing down the handles.
