Pair of Small Dresden Porcelain Urns with Rams-Head Handles & Floral Decoration – “Marie Antoinette” Style Monograms – c.1900

A wonderful pair of Carl Thieme Dresden porcelain urns with rams-head handles and elaborate floral decorations in the Marie Antoinette style monogram. The urns are richly accented with gold paint on the rims, bodies, and bases.

On the underside of each urn is the Carl Thieme maker’s mark and, below that, is “478 depose”  The mark dates the pieces c.1900.

Each urn measures 7 inches tall x 4 1/4 inches wide.

Both are in excellent condition.
