Paragon Fine Bone China – Set for 12 – “Reproduction of Old Chinese” pattern circa 1950’s – Signed “K’ang hsi”

A colourful Chinoisserie patterned dinner set by Paragon called “Reproduction of Old Chinese” which dates from the 1950’s.  This pattern has been discontinued for many, many years.  The pattern consists of a chinese bird and florals in colours of blue, yellow, green, red & purple.  Each piece is signed by the artist “K’ang hsi”.

Consists of:

12 dinner plates
12 salad plates
12 bread plates
12 cups
12 saucers
12 cream soup bowls
12 soup bowl saucers

total pieces:  84 pieces

All marked on the back with Paragon , By Appointment to HM the Queen , England Reg’d- Fine Bone China – “Reproduction of Old Chinese” Made in England.

This particular mark dates the set between 1952-1960.
