A colourful pink porcelain clock with porcelain panels on the front, face, side pillars and domed top. The porcelain is enamel painted with birds and flowers and the face has white circles with black enamel numerals. The works are stamped by Japy Frerés, a prominent and well known clock maker in Paris in the 19th and early 20th century. The mark and style date this clock circa 1880.
