Royal Doulton England Porcelain Plate of a Loch and Castle, signed “R. Brown”

A wonderful painted porcelain plate by Royal Doulton, signed “R. Brown” on the lower edge of the painting. The plate has an elaborate, 2 1/8 inch wide blue rim with gold enamel overlay and a gold outer rim.

The back is stamped “Royal Doulton Made in England”.

The plate is 8 5/8 inches in width and is in excellent condition.
