Royal Dux – Work Horses

A gorgeous pair of work horses in a wonderful Art Nouveau, by Royal Dux. It is beautifully hand painted with washes of yellow, orange, brown, blue and red. The stunning combination of colours gives the horses a breath of liveness to the porcelain. The likeness of the figures has quite fine and unique details, evoking a presence of stillness and motion.
