Royal Worcester Hand Painted ‘Scroll Jug’ – dated 1896 – 7 inches

A lovely medium sized water jug with hand painted sprays of flowers on the front and back over a creamy yellow background on a swirled ribbed shaped body.  The jug is further decorated with gold highlights on the rim and handle and borders with hand painted florals.

Royal Worcester marks on bottom – with dated code of 1986.
Shape mark:  1795 – which in the Royal Worcester book catalogues it as “Scroll Jug (5 sizes)”

Measures:   6 1/2 inches long (handle to spout) x 7 inches high
