Set of 10 Minton English Dinner Plates – Blue, Cream & Heavy Gilt Border – circa 1895 – Made for Ryrie Bros, Toronto

A lovely set of 10 (actually 11 – extra one included in price) Minton dinner plates with a encrusted gold border, cobalt blue inner border, cream rim and white centre.

Each plate in beautiful condition.  Bears the early Minton globe mark dating the set circa 1890-1900 along with the retailer’s mark of Ryrie Bros, Toronto.  Ryrie Bros eventually merged with Birks at the beginning of the 20th century.

Each plate measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter.
