Tall 28 inch Bronze of a Nude Woman Nymph on Grey Marble Base – ‘Venus au Bain’ – signed ‘After Falconet’

A very pretty, tall bronze figure of a nude woman nymph, mounted on a grey, heavy marble base.

Modeled after a bronze by Etienne Maruice Falconet (1716-1791) titled “Venus au Bain”

It is signed “after Falconet 1900 – 8/50”.  Dates 20th Century

The figure measures 28 1/2 inches tall and is in excellent condition.
