19th Century Dutch .800 Silver Serving Fork

A very well made decorative Dutch serving fork with a repoussé scene of a courting couple in a rural setting with horse beside them.  The scene is surrounded by decorative hand etching.  The handle is decorated with flowers and faces and eventually ends with a spout of water underneath a sailboat finial.

marked 800 on back with other hallmarks that are worn.  Most likely Dutch as per the style of the fork.
