GeneralA beautiful blue porcelain & gilt bronze 3 piece garniture clock set. High quality gilt bronze bodies & trim with hand painted scenes on the fronts and landscapes on the backs. The porcelain face having Roman numerals surrounding a hand painted garden scene with white enamel markers every 5 minutes. The main scenes on the clock and the accompanied side pieces are of French courting scenes.
Clock in good working order. Impressed mark for Japy Freres clock maker and their Medal of Honour dating from 1855-1867.
