Silver HollowareStriking American minimalist design with ribbed double handles and circular base, all in excellent condition. This unusual sterling silver trophy cup was for the “Gananoque Poultry Show 1910”. The inscription reads:
“Special Prize For Best Pen of any Canadian Bred Fowl. Presented by Ira A. Kip Jr. Leek Island”.
Silver marks for Gorham Silver Co – “Sterling 555A”. Inscription is on one side only, making for a timeless design with an unusual historical story.
