This satirical artwork from Andy Donato’s section in the Toronto Sun depicts what I believe was the Soviet Union proposed plan to take over Josip Broz Tito’s Yugoslavia during his ailing health, mentioning Jimmy Carter in the caption who at the time prepared to prevent this from happening back in the late 1970’s.  Watercolour, Ink & Pencil.
