Bavaria Germany Porcelain Cabinet Plate with Various Birds

A lovely porcelain plate from Bavaria Germany. The plate has a white underside and the front is  painted in shades of green and brown with scenic panels showing various birds, e.g. grouse, ducks, pheasant, etc.  There is a large scenic panel in the centre of the plate.

The plate has white enamel dots for detailing and lavish gold decorations and accents on the crimped rim of the plate.

The underside of the plate reads “Royal Vienna” and shows the beehive mark and also reads “Z.S. & C. Bavaria”.

The plate is 9 3/4 inches in diameter and, with the exception of some small surface scratching on one section of the centre panel, it is in very good condition.
