v** SOLD ARCHIVES **vHere is a beautiful hand-painted Beswick England pottery jug with different scenes on each side. One side is titled “The Merry Wives of Windsor” and the other side reads “Falstaff. Myself & Skirted Page”.
The underside of the jug is marked in black “Beswick England” and impressed “Beswick England 1126”.
The jug is 8 inches high 6 1/2 inches wide from the spout to the handle.
It is in excellent condition.
