A beautifully painted watercolour of an early 20th century scene of the Canadian Parliament buildings in Ottawa, Ontario.  The angle shows the Parliament buildings from the edge of the Ottawa River perspective.  It shows a sand lower beach with tents and many trees with reflections in the water.

The detail in the buildings is very well done for a watercolour.
