Early 19th Century Porcelain Miniature Watering Can with Sheep Finial on Lid

A miniature porcelain watering can with a sheep finial on the lid and 4 holes on the spout, dating from the early 19th century.

The watering can has a white background with cobalt blue and floral decoration and accented with gold on the spout, rim and around the body of the piece.

There are no markings on the bottom but there is a paper stamp on one side that partially reads “The British… Association. Over 100 Years Old”.

The watering can is 4 inches long from the spout to the handle and stands 2 3/4 inches tall. Please note that there is some damage to the back of the sheep finial.

The piece is in, overall, good condition.
