v** SOLD ARCHIVES **vA lovely key wind hunter case pocket watch in 18k gold by JE Adams & Co. London.
The white enamel face has black Roman numerals and a seconds hand. The back outer cover opens to reveal two key slots – 1 for winding the clock spring and the other to adjust the time. All 3 cases marked 18k – 2 cases having English gold hallmarks.
The front case has an engraved family crest and a date of 1873.
Marked on the works: JE Adams & Co. London.
Marked on the interiors of each cover – 18k
Total weight: 65 grams
Measures: 1 5/8 diameter – 2 1/2 inches tall including ring
