English Hallmarked Sterling Silver Desk Thermometer – Grey & Co. – Chester 1913

A lovely English hallmarked sterling silver upright desk thermometer. The piece is from Chester and is dated 1913. The maker is Grey & Co.

The thermometer has a red leather backing and is also covered in leather on the underside of the base.

The piece is 6 1/4 inches tall x 2 3/4 inches wide.

There is some very minor damage to the leather backing but, overall, the thermometer is in very good condition.
