FurnitureExceptional English/Irish, 8 graduated drawer Tallboy chest, dating to George III – late 18th century. The moulded bordered top surface is dove-tailed to the sides which is seen in some Irish cabinetry. Each drawer is trimmed with satinwood and has brass pull hardware, each with a stamped brass medallion of the Prince of Wales crown and ostrich plumes. The Georgian tall bracket feet complement the top moulded border.
A very unique tall & narrow piece that is timeless even for today’s small condos.
