A classic Irish Belleek Teapot revival, designed in the 1880s by Frederick Slater to reflect the essence of Ireland, it dates 1965-1981. The design consists of three elements, shells to portray the island of Ireland, harps to illustrate its people and culture, and shamrocks for the patron of Ireland, Saint Patrick.
A delightful Irish teapot, it would make a unique gift, or heirloom for the home.
Marked. Belleek. Ireland. (Third Green Mark, it dates 1965- 1981).
Measures: 6 inches wide x 4 1/2 inches tall.
