Large, Impressive 22 Inch Sterling Silver Judaica Single Candelabrum by Hazorfim

An impressive sterling silver Judaica 8 branch single candelabrum made by Hazorfim – measuring 22 inches tall.  Hazorfim has been specializing in Judaica hollow ware since 1952.  The candelabrum is elaborately decorated with a pedestal base in an Edwardian style.  The body and arms are hollow, but are thick and have a very nice weight.  There is a bottom plate (non silver) underneath that give the base a bit of extra weight so it is not unstable.

Hazorfim makes many of its candelabra custom order and takes 45 days from order to delivery.  On their website under their candelabra section – they sell only single candelabrums.  They state:  “According to Jewish tradition, we light candles on Friday evening and sanctify the house with the light and tranquility of Shabbat.  This is a time of grace, which welcomes home family and children.  It’s also customary to light candles according to the number of family members within the household.”.
