A magnificent English Sheffield silver plate epergne centerpiece from the Georgian period, circa 1820swith the original large cut crystal fitted center bowl and four smaller fitted bowls extending from scrolled arms that detach from the center base. Gorgeous textural, high relief chasing throughout in foliate leaves, berries and scroll work motifs which are supported on a squared base with a raised center “acanthus seed pod”  & terminate in lions paw feet.

Wonderful historical piece in excellent original condition fit for any grand table.
