Micro Mosaic Roman Cross – Floral & Star Pattern With Four Basilicas Miniature Scenes.

A fantastic Micro Mosaic Roman Cross – in a Petit Bouquet and Star Pattern With Four-Basilicas scenes inlaid in micro mosaics.  Inlaid onto a chrome / metal backed cross.  The basilicas are inlaid at each end of the cross with a bouquet of flowers in the centre.  Most likely a souvenir of the ‘Grand Tour’ in Rome – very nice quality.  Dates circa 1900.

Measures: 8 inches tall x 4 3/8 inches wide (1/8 inches thick)

Excellent condition. No chips, cracks or repairs.
